Membership Fees – Memberships cannot be paid with gift cards, or combined with any other discounts or offers, unless otherwise stated.

Valid Credit Card for Billing – A valid debit or credit card in the user’s name is required and must be validated. The card must be chip-read, swiped or valid pin# entered for verification purposes. The first month will be charged when card is verified. Once membership is initiated, the card will be kept on file and drafted monthly on the date of sign-up, unless the membership has been suspended or canceled. If payment card is declined, the membership will not be valid for use until a valid card is provided or a payment is able to be pulled from the card. Any updates to methods of credit/debit card payments will be put on file in place of the original credit card and billed on the date of sign up of the next month. Refund Policy – Once payment has been processed, the member is responsible for payment and no refunds will be given.

Membership RFID Sticker – All registered vehicles must have a valid, state issued License Plate Number, even if temporary, on their account. A RFID sticker may also be required to be affixed to the windshield. License plate changes, including permanent plates, and damaged or non-affixed RFID stickers must immediately be reported to Sam’s Xpress® Car Wash by calling 704-563-3981 or at any Sam’s Xpress® Car Wash location or the membership may be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy – Memberships must be cancelled at least 2 days prior to your monthly billing date to avoid a charge for the following month. Refunds will not be issued for late cancellation, and your membership will remain valid for the following month if canceled late! Club plan memberships can be cancelled at any time with two (2) days notice, hassle free! Memberships can be cancelled online at https://samsxpresscarwash.com/manage-membership/. If you have more than one vehicle to cancel, you must complete a cancellation form for each vehicle online. Once cancelled, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the email on file.

Privacy Policy – Sam’s Xpress® Car Wash will not disclose your non-public personal information to any third party outside of its affiliated companies without your consent except as necessary to service your account and for billing or addressing payment disputes, and will not use your NPI for any purpose other than administering your club plan, except that we may send service related emails or texts (such as payment receipts) and sales or promotion e-mails and/or texts from Sam’s Xpress® Car Wash. Reactivation of Club Plans – To reactivate your suspended or canceled membership, please visit your closest Sam’s Xpress® Car Wash location. All reactivated club plans will be billed the full monthly amount for the membership upon renewal and will not be prorated. The day you reactivate your club is the date you will be billed each month.
